Living Practice

We practice meditation to cultivate awareness and mindfulness, but what does that do for our daily life? This weekend retreat focuses on the application of practices in a living context. Through the practices of focus on breath, predominant consciousness, sending and receiving of energies, and a potent practice in compassion for someone who hurt us; you will see the various spectrums of applications your spiritual practice can have as you navigate life.
